Infinitus Clinical Research can assist in patient recruitment before a study is launched by identifying and planning for ways to manage potential recruitment and retention challenges in study protocols. After a thorough review of the protocol and the study-specific inclusion and exclusion criteria, Infinitus Clinical Research makes protocol revision recommendations to the Sponsor. If patient recruitment is a potential pitfall, contingency planning can be developed to enhance patient recruitment early on in the process.

 When competing studies become an issue, Infinitus Clinical Research will work with a Sponsor to assess factors that may make the study more competitive.

Once the study is initiated, our Project Managers track and report recruitment activity and keep the Sponsor and project team up-to-date on all key study metrics. If a site is flagged as slow to meet enrollment milestones, the potential shortfall is quickly recognized and corrective action is taken.
