Mr. Mahesh Prasad

Mr. Mahesh Prasad is the Founder and Chief Executive of Technomark-Genesis Management Consultancy, the India arm of the Technomark family. Our Mumbai sister office is not only one of the leading life science boutique investment banking and strategic financial advisory firms in India, but is also very active in the drug development and business development, licensing, and partnering arenas. Mahesh has more than fifteen years of experience in the investment banking and private equity industry, along with being well networked and well known among most of the Promoters and Executive Management of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in India. Prior to founding Genesis, Mahesh worked for Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance where he served various clients in industries ranging from the chemicals to pharmaceutical and biotechnology. Further, he was involved in establishing the Biotech Park in Hinjewadi, Pune. Before Ernst & Young, Mahesh worked as an equity analyst for Prabhudas Liladhar, one of the leading brokerage houses in India. Mahesh is also a member of the Board of Managers in Technomark Group USA.
